This policy applies to professional services delivered by Elefin Professionals LLP operating as WeConsult India, including company registration, GST, ROC/MCA filing, tax, trademark, accounting, and advisory support.

Service Fees

Professional fees are charged for consultation, document review, drafting, filing preparation, coordination, and advisory work. Government fees, statutory charges, portal fees, stamp duty, DSC costs, and third-party charges are non-refundable once paid or incurred.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation before work starts. If document review, consultation, drafting, filing, or advisory work has already started, applicable professional fees may be deducted based on work completed.

Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable processing timeline, subject to banking and payment gateway rules.
