Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

All directors must obtain a DSC to digitally sign official documents.

Director Identification Number (DIN)

Each director applies for a DIN from the MCA.

Draft & File Incorporation Documents

Apply for Section 8 License

A separate application is filed with the MCA to obtain approval to operate as a Section 8 Company.

Submission for Incorporation
